• Required $1000 USD security deposit which is fully refundable in the same form it was received the same day of check out

• A grocery deposit is required should you choose to have a meal prepared for your arrival. This also guarantees your favorite foods are available at check-in. Please talk to us about your grocery choices and the deposit. Our concierge will inform you about any unavailable items and alternatives. Receipts will be provided to you via text and hard copy for your review.

• Rental Includes: Concierge greeting you upon arrival and daily checks, a wonderful house cook preparing two daily meals, groceries delivered before your arrival, flexible check in and check out

• Maximum number of guests is 10 ($100 USD each additional after 10 guests, not to exceed 12)

• Children 2 years of age and younger are complementary (we have two pack and play, high chairs and utensils)

• Tips for the staff is not included
